iPTT Training and Technical Support

We are happy to announce that we will be offering free technical training for our partners from 1st November 2018. This is the 3rd part of iPTT’s strategic support to our channel partners: holding stock, sales support and training and now technical training in addition to the technical support already provided. The venue for technical training is Hello House in Christchurch.

Part of iPTT’s value proposition to our resellers is that our setup and support is free of charge with free remote support. However, some resellers want to get a better understanding of the technical aspects of iPTT’s push to talk over cellular solution to provide better support for their customers. We support our resellers either way – we can set up the solution, so all you have to do is turn on the device and will now also provide training for our resellers so provisioning and deployment of the solution can be done by the reseller. iPTT will of course support our resellers to ensure the system works as efficiently as possible.

We are flexible in terms of the areas to be covered at the technical training – this will be customised to meet the reseller’s needs.

Technical training at Hello House is free of charge – we will issue an invoice of £100 per participant, which will be credited/cancelled once you’ve attended the training. So, there is only a fee for “no-shows”.
